About the Author

Iona Gale is an author of fantasy and fairy tales. She lives in Minnesota with her dog and cat. She is trying desperately to grow a poppy garden, but her thumbs are insufficiently green. Her favorite things are Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz, and Batman.​

Io has one short story collection and one novella published. Her upcoming release, The Boy Queen, is a retelling of L. Frank Baum's Oz series.
